Privacy Policy

Roomprint is a small independent studio operated by Michelle from the West of Ireland. When we say “we” or “us” below, we mean Roomprint.

• Your email address — so we can send your mood board, gift codes, and receipts.
• Your quiz answers and any notes, photos, or sketches you upload — used to generate your mood board and restyles.
• Payment details — collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data — such as your browser type and pages visited, so the site works reliably.

We use your information only to deliver what you paid for, to send order-related emails, to improve the service, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Lovable & Supabase — hosting, database, and authentication.
• Google (Gemini) — powers the mood board and restyle image generation.
• Email delivery — used to send your mood board, gift codes, and receipts.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and applies its own safeguards.

Order records and generated mood boards are retained so you can revisit your board and so we can support refund requests and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent, by emailing the address in the “Contact” section below. If you’re in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your quiz progress, and process payments securely. We do not use advertising cookies.

If Roomprint (or substantially all of its assets) is ever sold, merged, transferred, or reorganised, your information may be transferred to the new owner as part of that transaction. We will require the new owner to continue honouring this Privacy Policy for information collected before the transfer, and we will notify you by email — or with a prominent notice on this site — before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy, so you can request deletion if you prefer.

Roomprint is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for material changes, let you know by email.
